Anne Fauvel succeeds Gilles Rabouille as EVP of Agrial's Dairy division, from January 1st, 2026

Gilles Rabouille will retire at the end of December 2025, after more than 11 years with the Agrial Group.

He joined the Group in 2014 as managing director of the ultra-fresh Business Unit. Following the merger with Eurial, he held the positions of managing director of the retail department, then deputy EVP and EVP of Agrial’s Dairy division in October 2019.

As a member of the Group Executive Committee, he made a significant contribution to the structuring and development of Agrial’s Dairy division (5,300 employees, €2.9 billion in turnover) following the successful merger between Eurial and Agrial.

Anne Fauvel, aged 50, has been appointed EVP of Agrial’s Dairy division as of January 1st, 2026, and will join Agrial’s Executive Committee from September 2025. 

A graduate of ESA Angers, Anne joined Agrial’s Group Finance team in May 2011, following significant experience in the dairy sector in management control and production at Savencia and Lactalis.

She moved to Agrial’s Dairy division in May 2012 as Chief Financial Officer, before expanding her responsibilities to include Operations Management. Anne will be responsible for steering the division’s activities, consolidating its performance, and continuing its development in line with the Group’s co-operative and strategic project.

 

 

Julien Heillaut, Chief Executive Officer of Agrial, would like to extend his warmest thanks to Gilles Rabouille for his contributions, and for the level of performance achieved by the Dairy division since his appointment as EVP of the division. He wishes Anne Fauvel every success in her new responsibilities.
