Marie-Laure Pomerol succeeds Jean-Marc Faujour As Managing Director Of Agrial’s Fresh Produce Division, effective 21 September 2026

Jean-Marc Faujour will retire at the end of December 2026, after more than 10 years with the Agrial Group.

Jean-Marc joined the Cooperative in 2015 as International Managing Director of Priméale. He subsequently held various roles before becoming Managing Director of Agrial’s Fresh Produce Division in 2021. As a member of the Group’s Executive Committee, he has made a significant contribution to the performance and development of the Fresh Produce Division (5,700 employees, €1.3 billion in turnover) through strong brands such as Florette and Priméale, both in France and internationally.

Marie-Laure Pomerol has been appointed Managing Director of the Fresh Produce Division effective 21 September 2026 and, in this capacity, will join Agrial’s Executive Committee.

She will report to Julien Heillaut, Chief Executive Officer of Agrial. A graduate of ESCP, Marie-Laure Pomerol began her career with EY before joining Axereal, where she spent 10 years in both support and senior management roles.

She will be responsible for steering the Division’s activities, consolidating its results and driving its continued growth both in France and internationally, in line with the Group’s cooperative and strategic vision.

 

Julien Heillaut, Chief Executive Officer of Agrial, would like to extend his warmest thanks to Jean-Marc Faujour for his contribution to the development of Agrial’s Fresh Produce Division since his appointment as Managing Director of the Division, and wishes Marie-Laure Pomerol every success in her new role.
