Gazpacho with goat’s cheese and ham mousse

Ingrédients

  • - 1 bottle of Créaline Original Gazpacho
  • - 500g Brient ham
  • - 200g Soignon goat’s milk fromage blanc
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - 1 bag Florette chives
  • - Salt, pepper

L'astuce Agrial

Serve chilled and decorate with a few chives.

Préparation

- Dice the ham finely Combine with the goat’s milk fromage blanc, a few drops of olive oil, salt and pepper.

- Delicately place the ham mousse at the bottom of the small glasses (1/3) and pour the gazpacho over the top (2/3).
