Producer organisations provide 1.3 million tons of all types of cereals: wheat, barley, soya, corn, triticale, sunflower, oats...
Agrial cooperative
The Cereal producer organisation supports and sells cereals produced by 7,800 member cereal farmers. The Agrial producer organisation provides business management tools for cereal farmers, tools and techniques to reduce the use of inputs and phytosanitary products: manure planning, decision-making tools like Farmstar (satellite-guided fertilisation) and Atlas (disease forecasting models) and also bio-control techniques whenever possible...
Small silo with drying tower
Agrial has a network of silos with drying towers all over its territory to optimise cereal collection. The cereals are then dispatched for animal fodder or to port or rail silos for sale.
Fodder factory
Some of the cereals collected by Agrial are used for animal feed in the Cooperative’s factories or in partner factories. Agrial sells over 326,000 tons of fodder for cattle (beef, pigs, poultry, goats, sheep, horses).
Port and rail silos
Around 50% of wheat collected is sold to the milling industry and the remainder is exported to North Africa.
