I like the contact with animals

“I have a daily routine, with milking (5am) and three meals a day.  My goats, Saanen breed, eat fresh grass and hay, and they can come and go as they like in the building. That’s one of the specifications required for the Picodon AOP appellation. The cooperative collects the milk every two days and makes the cheese. That gives us a certain amount of security, as well as visibility in our work. I’m proud of my work, I like the contact with animals.”
