Our Meat division regroups production and sale of poultry, processed meat and charcuterie.

Production and sale of poultry

Agrial has nearly 160 member farmers rearing poultry, grouped within a producer organisation.

The sales part of our Meat division supplies poultry and meat to restaurants, wholesalers and butchers in Ile-de-France. through the Avigros company based in Rungis. Agrial has become the main operator in the poultry hall of Rungis National Market.

Processing meat and charcuterie products

The Meat division also manufactures processed meat products and charcuterie products. Three companies are involved:

  • Butcher-delicatessen Maître Jacques specialising in processed meat products: meat cuts, kebabs, sausages
  • Charcuterie Brient with 60 years of expertise, specialising in pâtés and terrines, brawn, black and white puddings, hams, roasts and delicatessen salads, all made with high-quality raw materials (PGI, Label Rouge).
  • Tallec charcuterie, based in Bannalec (29) on the market for high-end deli products such as traditional hams, where it is the top specialist.
